"The 2016 vintage was made from two carefully selected parcels of hand picked Shiraz fruit. After fermentation the wine was pressed into French puncheons where it matured for 14 months. "
About this wine
Deep ruby red in colour, this wine has an intense nose of mocha, dark cocoa and red plum aromas.
About the vineyard
Our aim is to make beautiful wine that actually tastes of where it is grown. We use no herbicides, pesticides or chemical sprays. Our focus is on nurturing our vines to good health, allowing the natural cycle of the season to ripen the fruit.
