Returns & Refunds Policy
The Boutique Wine Society is passionate about delivering quality products to you in great condition, we offer a refund policy that is often beyond your innate rights provided to you under Australian Consumer Law.
The Boutique Wine Society guarantees to deliver your wines intact. All our deliveries are electronically tracked and monitored. If your case is damaged in anyway during transit we are notified and will automatically re-dispatch a new parcel or contact you for advice on your preferences for re delivery, refund, credit or replacement.
If you have received any goods which are damaged or not to your liking please contact us for a return or refund. We may issue you with a returns delivery label that can be affixed to any box to return to us, or we may instruct a courier to collect the parcel from your address.
Quality guarantee:- We realise that a variety of environmental conditions can affect the quality of wine delivered to your door. The Boutique Wine Society guarantees the delivery of a high quality product. If within 365 days of purchase, you open a bottle and find that it is not of a high standard, reseal the cork or screw cap and we will organise a refund or replacement of the wine.
